Actually I've found that Sybase::fetchInto() has some problems too and
there is a comment telling that in the class. After some tests I
discovered the problem with "sybase_get_last_message()".
I've added some lines of comments to try to explain what happens and I'm
trying to figure it out.
If wanted I can send it to try to fix this because I can't use fetchRow()
in production since it depends on fetchInto().
