This patch fixes the bug reported by Andrei in IRC:
21:00 <andrei> PEAR_Frontend_Gtk package.xml
file seems to be screwed up
21:02 <andrei> it installs stuff in PEAR/Frontend/Gtk
but creates another Gtk/ directory in there
I'm not 100% it *is* a bug, so i'm just posting the patch here.
