Some people connect to their postgresql server with unix domain
sockets rather than tcp, they need it.

This is already implemented in DB_ifx, so it makes sense. The other
backends should really have returned "not capable" if passed a third
parameter, for now.

Yeah, I obviously forgot to remove it from here when adding
prepare/execute to DB_common.
No tests broke either, so feel free to commit. :-)
