Data Classification Class/Extension

Hello, mi name is Alfredo Rahn and I'm developing a php class that given n vectors in R^d it classifies them in k classes. Actually, I've a working script using the k-means algorithm, but the goal is to deploy a classification framework that can be programmed to work with various algorithms (fussion, trimmed k-means, mlp, etc.) Making it a extension, programmed in fast, c-code is a goal too. I would like to know if anyone in this list have thought and/or seen anothing like this on php, because I truly believe in NOT raining over water!!!
