PHPDoc crashes PHP 4.3 on Win98 while ... the file
php4/pear/PEAR/Config.php because of this line:
define('PEAR_DEFAULT_UMASK', umask());
Who wants to solve this problem? Derick?
Note: Correct PHPDoc comments for the PEAR-Base stuff are just non-existing.
