Exact :).
Well, getenv() can simply be alone, and that's it. Calling isset($_ENV) &&
isset(['TEMP'] will not be less expensive :).
btw, anyone has tested it under win32 ? How works go-pear and pear install now (there s still the
pear.in problem, manually change pear.bat)?
