Class Proposal Weather_Metar

Hi, I've written a class to parse METAR data, used to display current weather conditions. http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/metar.shtml It has a few rough edges, but I wanted to know if there is interest to add it in PEAR. Can be found at http://yavo.siava.org/PEAR_METAR/ Proposed name Weather_METAR METAR code is copy paste from phpweather project, I have contacted the author and have his ok to use the code, the reason for this was that phpweather is more like an application rather that a class.
