That's exactly what I proposed when Alan introduced the weekly
news. At that time we finally decided to implement such a system at a
later time.
It seems like this "later time" is now :). If you want to implement
the thing, please go ahead. An example how we generate RSS feeds for
PEAR can be found in pearweb/public_html/rss.php, but it shouldn't be
that hard to get it done without the example either ;-).
