Hi,
well MDB currently has 2 testing suites.
One is the Metabase testing suite that is very Metabase specific.
The other is PHPUnit based and it looks like it's a useful way to write
tests. I briefly looked at the scripts and they are very easy to read
and extend.
Based on this experience I would recommend PHPUnit.
I cant say anything about the PEAR DB test script other than I never got
them to run correctly at all. IIRC they run in command line mode and
appearently they are not straightforward to work correctly which is
pretty bad (this should get fixed btw). Because you should never be too
stupid to run a test script :-)
