I don't know how to fix it, as I don't know from where that
information is generated.

Nice ;) I love to hear this from both of the maintainers ;) So then Joshua
can you volunteer on merging / replacing the current phpdoc with phpdocu?
I don't know actually the deep structures of phpdoc and phpdocu, and if
anything can be kept from phpdoc in the 'merge', but I have written a
simple HTML display layer on top of phpdocu, and that was quite easy ;)
AFAIK only the phpdoc2peardoc tool uses phpdoc's interface. The question
is if the phpdoc interface needs to be maintained with phpdocu code or
what to do with is?
