After first proposal without reply I was not sure, if class will be
accepted, thus I did not make package.xml and also SGML documentation as
well.
But now I will do it with also proper $_SERVER using instead of
$HTTP_SERVER_VARS. Other suggestions? Method names osType() and user() are
OK?
