Translation class proposal

I laready mentioned on this list about this - but now I would like to raise an "official" proposal: Translation class - class that allows user to store all the strings and their translations in many languages in the DB and quick'n'easy get them from there. As Brent Cook already mentioned - this class is somewhy similar to gettext native PHP function, however my class is doing this using DB instead of (in my oppinion) slower flat files. Besides using DB allows much easier management of the strings in the site.
