It's coming but I don't have the time right now to play with cvs. There are
fixes for QuickForm and HTML_Common that I will have to commit at the same
time...
I've been playing with xml, QuickForm and Config together lately and I've
been able to make cool stuff. I can parse a simple config file with Config,
parse an xml file with a QuickForm extension and display a form with all
config directives and their values in regular text, textarea, radio, select
inputs. Unfortunately, some config files are too difficult to parse because
they have a lot of exceptions, I'm thinking about the mnogosearch
configuration file for example. I won't be able to handle these files nicely
without spending a lot more time on my code.
Anyway, it works fine with php .ini files, regular php array files, regular
config files (htdig.conf for instance) and probably apache .conf files too.
So, I'm thinking that this combination of QuickForm and Config could also be
used to create language files, on the fly and write the values in a php .ini
file. Again, just an idea...
I'll try to commit this weekend. :-)
Cheers,
Bertrand Mansion
