Mail_Queue initial release

Hi, Thanks again for cvs account especially to Martin Jansen. I commit Mail_Queue to cvs and also create initial release (hope not to fast). I'm using this class every one minut in my crontab from over 30.000 minutes without one bug :) Description: Class for handle mail queue managment. Wrapper for Pear::Mail and Pear::DB. Could load, save and send saved mails in background and also backup some mails. Mail queue class put mails in a temporary container waiting to be fed to the MTA (Mail Transport Agent) and send them later (eg. every few minutes) by crontab or in other way. see: http://pear.php.net/package-info.php?pacid=113 p.s.
