I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a virtual file system class,
much like the db abstraction one - to give a common interface to different
methods used to store files.
My thought was to start out with drivers for native file system, database
(probably using the pear db class), and ftp - expanding it to WebDAV, http,
and anything else that there's a demand for.
