Auth_HTTP and register_globals off

With register_globals set to off, I couldn't get Auth_HTTP to work, had to
change Auth_HTTP.php as follows:
$AUTH_PHP_USER -> $_SERVER["AUTH_PHP_USER"]
$AUTH_PHP_PW -> $_SERVER["AUTH_PHP_PW"]
