No, we have no problem with the current situation. IMO it's just a bit
messy to track the votes on pear-dev and I think that this situation
will not become better since PEAR is growing every week.
So my plan is to *not* make it harder for people to contribute
(actually, filling out a form is as easy as typing a mail), but to
make our live easier.
