Because *.php.net is not PHPClasses. Because web site X is
different from web site Y and therefor HOF for web site X may
not have the same results as HOF for web site Y. I don't know
why it's so hard for you to understand that in theory HOF may
be good, but you can't apply it to all sites in practise with
prosperity.
