Lots of people (I looked at the logs) apparently downloaded and tested it, excluding the _lead developer_ of HTML_Template_IT --- you. Can you honestly answer these two questions: 1) Do you _use_ HTML_Template_IT in any of your projects? 2) Do you actually have time/resources to _develop_ it?
