Some time ago I announced the new class for translation handling purposes - and had some discussions about this class with Wolfram Kriesing and Bret Cook. However I haven't managed to get votes, that are crucial for registering this class in PEAR. I already have the CVS account - and would like to contribute this class as it is going to be used by Wolfram's I18N class, and also available as alone.
