Errors for /fr

Hello, Could someone have a look at this?: http://pear.php.net/manual/fr/build.log I don't have time to dig in until this weekend, but there's a lot of build errors regarding net- related docs. What happened? Medhi, if you have a clue and have time to fix it, it'd be appreciated. Maybe I'll have a look next week if the errors are still there.
