Hi Folks:
It seems our documentation on how to start up a new translation aren't
complete. The stuff at
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/faq.translators-revision-tracking.php
talks about dealing with the change tracking. This is helpful, but it
doesn't cover the important steps of getting a new translation going in
the first place.
I know these steps have been discussed on this list, but it seems
essential to distill such discussions into a manual page. Said page
should cover the procedures for those with and without CVS access.
Can someone who's familliar with the complete translation process please
pull this off?
Thanks,
--Dan
