Bug description: PEAR on site manual menu inaccurate

Browsable manual on PEAR's site appears to use page title and not its URL
as a unique identifier to find whether the page is current. That results
in inaccurate menu shown on the left on manual pages.
Example pages:
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.authentication.auth-http.auth-http.example.php
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.authentication.auth-http.auth-http.example2.php
Menu is the same on both pages, page titles are both not links.
