I took a look at this.. here's what I found out:
1) ALL of peardoc is broken (as far as I looked, anyway), not just Livedocs
2) This SEEMS to be the result of the recent changes to the build system
-- perhaps we need to autoconf and configure, again?
3) my peardoc checkout puked in multiple places on make test, BUT a
fresh peardoc checkout passes make test
4) where is the peardoc-rendering cronjob? I had Derick take a quick
look, but he didn't find it. Martin?
