The manual is fine, but Apache decided to send requests for the manual on a
journey to nowhere. I reckon that this is related to some unfortunate
combination of PHP and APC which we were utilizing. For the time being I've
disabled APC until we get a chance to upgrade to PHP 4.4.0, which should be
more stable wrt APC.
