Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2005-10-12 19:31:20] james at mcglinn dot org Description: ------------ On both MacOS X 10.4 and CentOS 3.4 running PEAR 1.4.1 and 1.4.2, config-create appears to be broken. Following the instructions in the manual for installation of a local copy using SSH, I run this command: $ pear config-create /home/james/pear .pearrc Configuration file "/home/james/.pearrc" is empty The file .pearrc is created but is zero bytes. Expected result: ---------------- A local PEAR configuration file should be created. Actual result: -------------- A file of the correct name is created but is zero bytes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=5676&edit=1
