There were some tries to help me from Anatoly Techtonik, but it didn't succeed on my machine. Maybe someone with a Russian system should try to build it (Anatoly was already successful), like M. Tagaki does for Japanese language. This maybe bug of compiler program or something else, but text in main window is readable, in left pane it is in KOI-8 - and is not readable because chm thinks that all text in cp-1251.
