configure: error: Cannot find libzzip
`/tmp/tmpC1oW47/zip-1.0/configure' failed
So it seems to work quite ok on my debian machine except that I don't
have libzzip installed..
I've got autoconf 2.59-1, automake1.6 1.6.3-11, libtool 1.4.2-4 and m4
1.4-14 installed and a by hand compiled 4.3.4 version of PHP.
Maybe you should try upgrading your auto* tools...
