Helloo, Alexey, thanks very much for responding! Of course again you are right. as soon as I looked at the code to post, I saw the $form->display(); Set for QF so I looked closer and saw I had the wrong place holders in the html template. Probably from flexy ;( Alexey Borzov wrote:
