Could you try with:
error_reporting(E_ALL);
PEAR::setErrorHandling(PEAR_ERROR_DIE);
Besides that, what is the operating system in your production server? Can you
provide the script that doesn't work (or a shorter one)?

I have installed all packeges on the server (OLE, Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer).
With my PHP-Script I want to create a xls-file with 3 worksheets and when I
test it on the server I get a xls-file with one worksheet and no data.

Markus

In what way "empty"? Does it produce a correct excel-file with just
no input? Or do you receive a file of 0 bytes? Although there is a
dependencie listed: Do you have a current release of the package OLE
installed?
