WinNt. Can't install go-pear.bat exits without error.

To:pear-general@lists.php.net I can't install PEAR on my NT/6.0a Apache/2.0.48 PHP/4.3.5RC2 There's no error reported, no directories created. Nothing. How can I figure out where is the problem?
