Hi,
is there a rule to choose version of a class, package or software?
If not, could somebody give an ideia about when upgrade from 0.2 to 0.3 or 0.2.1.
and what is alpha, betha, RC, devel, snapshot.....
What is the first version number I can choose?
Does pear follow some conventional for versioning?
