Hello,
I am a bit under educated in some respects I'll admit, and as a result I
pose these questions.
When using DB::connect with persistent connections as TRUE, it will only
open one connection to the database? (In this case an oci8)
Alternatively, when persistent connections is FALSE, will it open multiple
connections to the database?
Is there a way to control the number of connections it would open? or does
the number of times DB::connect is called dictate this number?
Any help or answers would be greatly appreciated, and I will send out a
virtual sixpack :)
Thanks in advance,
------------
