Hi!
I am doing this in some forms but I do not have any JS involved to erase the
value in the other option (select or text) and my code is not really good
enough to show off.
Actually I am just using a select box and a textbox and then check them
later and I have a rule making sure that not both values are set.
If you got some nice code for a new element - I would be grateful to see it
in QuickForm ... AFAIK (I hope) there is no such element yet ...
It is not easy though - because of course you want to put the new element in
the selectbox upon submit, don't you?
