It's not an entirely new element I'm looking for! I'm just trying to bind together two existing elements using javascript as well as validation rules. I just want the functionality I described in the first post - the possibility for the user to either choose an element from a drop-down box OR type in some text in a text field! But it shouldn't be possible to both choose an element AND type in something in the text field. Cheers, Tommy Ipsen.
