Datagrid class in PEAR?

Hi there, besides loving PHP, I´ve recently started working with Microsoft .NET ... first impression: Great for desktop applications, but ASP.NET sucks. On the other hand, what´s nice about ASP.NET is the datagrid component which allows you to display data dables that are freely configurable in design and behaviour. The component also allows for instant editing of the data, even if the SQL-Query was across multiple tables. Alternatively, you can of course always use a master/detail view. This saves a hell of a lot of time, as I need such a component quite often. Is there a PEAR package that does similar things (if yes, I must have overlooked it) ?? If not, wouldn´t this be a good addition? I´ve already started to write my own component - if enough people are interested, I could start to pearify it before I go on adding row editing capabilities. Maybe there´s even someone willing to help? ;-) Currently, the class makes use of DB, DB_Pager, IntegratedTemplate and two of my own helper classes which may be replaced in the future. One of these helper classes is a class for reading configuration files and itself depends on XML_Tree.
