Maybe this could be a good start to remind the PEAR-Community that
developing should only be done with error_reporting set to E_ALL.
Btw, Is that part of the PEAR Coding Standards? Should be!
It really bugs me if I run scripts in my environment and have to take care
off E_NOTICES thrown by third-class-packages.
