dataobject, formbuilder

Hi, Could someone tell me if it exist a tool able to generate forms with formbuilder. Formbuilder is a fantastic tool but apparently, there's no interface who allow to generate automatically checkbox buttons or radio buttons or code-postal textbox (with validation rules) You must add these elements manually in the dataobject file. Ultimately, can we find tools able to do that automatically (with a graphic interface??) Thank you for advance
