PHP 4.3.4 and Image_Color package <-> 'gd' support

Hello, i have installed IMAGE_GIS on my unix server without any problems. Now I am trying to install the same on a W2k server. IMAGE_GIS has 3 dependencies which I could install on unix but not on windows. I could only install 2 out of 3 on windows. When I try to install the Image_Color package I get the error message: 'gd' PHP extension is not installed But I have installed the GD 2.0.15 which is bundled with PHP 4.3.4 and it works fine. I have uncommented the ; in the php.ini file and I got the GD support up and running. But pear will not let me install the Image_Color package. After having done some research I saw that since PHP 4.3.2 there is no more GD 1.x.x support. Could this be the problem ? If yes, how do I install Image_Color on a W2k server please running PHP 4.3.4 or later ? I also tried PHP 4.3.6 which also failed. On top of this I tried the first release of Image_Color which also failed with the same error message. Then I took the old php_gd.dll version 1 and copied it into the extensions directory and tried to implement it with uncommenting in the php.ini file. This also did not work. The same error message with pear and phpinfo() reported that php_gd.dll could not be loaded but php_gd2.dll. Please help me here. I need this up and running. Thanks in advance. Cheers, George
