Hmm, haven't heard of a similar problem yet. However, I don't use W2k-server normally :-))
I'll give it a try soon - stay tuned.
Is your gd reported fine if you do a phpinfo();? Could you maybe
email me the output of your phpinfo off-list?
Please note: You can only run either php_gd.dll (the old one) or
php_gd2.dll (the new one). But afaik gd2 should work like a charme
for you.
