hi folks is anyone here, who is using dataobject, aware of a tool which lets you visually design your relational structure (tables and relations) and export the tablerelations/joins to the dataobjects links.ini-format?gtk mdb designer does this (by dragging one column to another), although I havent worked on it for a long while, You may have some luck using mdb's reverse_engineer code to create a schema, then connect all the lines.. i like the idea of designing my databaselayout in a visual frontend like "dezign for databases" (commerical) or the "clay plug-in for eclipse" (free) and being able to use the table-model in the links.ini, because the data is already there and this integration would probably help to increase the usability of db_do a lot. -anyone got an idea? -i think dezign for database's format is xml as well as clay's so maybe anyone wrote some funky xslt/transformer yet or is planning to do so? -are there any plans like this for mdb2? .m-- Can you help out?
