PhpDocumentor-1.2.3 installation problems :-(

Hi, I have big problems to get PhpDocumentor-1.2.3 installed on my Windows XP system. I successfully installed the PEAR::Installer web interface. The installation and upgrades works fine for all Packages I tried, except the PhpDocumentor-1.2.3 package. Wenn I click on the install button the download of the package starts. After a few moments the browser stops but nothing else happens. PhpDocumentor-1.2.3 was not installed. I found a new directory called "_tmp" with another directory in it called "tmp7f.tmp". There I found the file PhpDocumentor-1.2.3.tgz which is corrupt (I get some error messages like "unexpected end of file"). The size of this file PhpDocumentor-1.2.3.tgz is 2.567 KB. I tried it a couple of time and got different files sizes like 2.579 KB which are all corrupt as well. When I download the package manually from the PEAR Website the file PhpDocumentor-1.2.3.tgz is 2.595 KB and words fine. Since the installation did not work via the PEAR::Installer web interface, I want to install the PhpDocumentor package manually now. This is were I am stuck again, because I am not quite sure how to do this. The installation with pear install e:\phpDocumentor-1.2.3\package.xml does not work. I am also not quite sure where to run this. PEAR is installed in e:\_pear and I did found a "pear.bat" and a "pear" file in the e:\ directory. When I run "pear" or "pear.bat" I get an error message like this: The command ""e:"" is either written wrong or was not found. This is only a translation into English since I get a German error message. Can anybody help me out on this? I am totally lost. :-( Thanks, Ralf
