I'm new to PHP and PEAR and have been updating a script to include the
use of a PEAR package (Mail.php).
What citation should I put in the code to inform users about getting
PEAR if it is not already in their installation? Is there a minimum
version of PHP that includes the PEAR Mail package as standard?
