pear upgrade-all problem

Hi! Is pear upgrade-all having a problem right now? When I do upgrades it seems to work but in the end the new version is not in the system (indicated by pear list/pear list-all) Only upgrading specific packages does work ... Can someone fix that? Or at least confirm the problem? I am using Win XP/Win 2000 - both have the problem ... so it should at least be the Win part of the server and not just one of my machines. regards Daniel
