It's actually mostly irrelivent, as all it does is make an array representing
the form. It's actaually possible that one of the other renderers that comes
with HTML_QuickForm can do this, but I wrote this renderer some time ago
(based of one of the distributed ones) and as it does what I need, I never
look at what else is out there :)
