Hi,

An example of how HTML_QuickForm can be used with Savant. I've hacked together my own renderer, that allows both static and dynamic templates to be created. It even has a method named HTML_QuickForm_Renderer_Array instead of proper constructor. Your "static" example is not quite static. Output of all other static renderers in QuickForm is independent from the order of addElement() calls.
