Installation help

Hi,
I am using a server hollosite.com which offers php and
mysql. the general path is
/home/www/user_name.hollosite.com/
The manual installation states should save the code in
/var/www/www.example.com/includes/
So i downloaded it as
/home/www/user_name.hollosite.com/includes/Image
I made the includes folder and renamed Image_Dev_3.2.1
to Image...i don't think so i have a 'var' as
specified in the installation instructions.
so now i have path as
../includes/Image
Under Image folder i have Graph.php...some other files
and the two folders Graph and examples.
However when i run the examples code in an html file
it fails to display anything and gives error.
Is there anything to be changed in Config.php or
anythin else...
Please let me know if this is the right way to install
it.Thanks for your help!
