How To make a direct reply in PEPr comments

I've recently answered to comments of Lukas Smith and Daniel Convissor about my proposal PEAR_ErrorLayer, but : I was surprised when the mail was posted to see only me in CC: field How do i reply to an existing comment on a PEPr package proposal, and send an answer to user who has previously post this comment. I don't see any mail field: just a multi line entry field with a button 'Add comment'. Thanks in advance to switch on my candlelight :) Laurent
