Mail_Mime - internal link to attached file in html email

Hi group I'm using Mail_Mime to compose a HTML email with attached images and files. When I'm attaching images it's no problem linking to these pictures in the HTML - just by using the correct image link Mail_Mime transparently replaces the image link with the appropriate cid link. I was wondering whether it's possible to use the anchor tag to link to attached files as well - for instance: <a href="sample.pdf">Attached PDF-file</a> and then use something like $mime->addAttachment('sample.pdf'); Of course I've tried the above code, but the link to "sample.pdf" doesn't get replaced by the appropriate content id like the ordinary image link does!
