PEAR::QuickForm generates name= attribute in FORM tag, which doesn't
exist in XHTML 1.0 Strict. A quick fix is a one-liner - removing name
from line:
$attributes = array('action'=>$action, 'method'=>$method,
'name'=>$formName, 'id'=>$formName) + $target;
in HTML_QuickForm constructior. I think, that this should be fixed in the
main package.
